So, it's time to learn the Russian Numbers...
Aaah, numbers. Don't you just love them?! So useful. So common. So good when they build up in your bank account!
Well, love them, or hate them. You can't avoid numbers for
everyday life. And they are your next step on the road to learning
Russian.
I'm sure you will quickly learn the patterns that exist, and
once you have them figured out (pardon the pun!), you will open a huge
door to your communication with a Russian speaker.
By the way - if you want some technical talk, these numbers are
called the "cardinal" numbers. Once you finish here, refer to the page
on Russian ordinals for the ordinal numbering system, which refers to order of position, and is most commonly used for days of the month.
