The challenge of hurdle number two is creating a profile that will attract the attention of the women you are interested in. There are some basic guidelines that you should follow in order to maximise your chances of being noticed amongst all of the other profiles.

• 1. Keep it real. This is most important. We all know how easy it is to lie about yourself in your profile. At the end of the day, it will only end up wasting your time if you represent yourself to be someone that you are not.

• 2. Use good photos. Use nice photos of yourself. These should be ones that you like yourself. Dress nicely and make sure the photos are clear and good quality. Blurry, fuzzy images with dark lighting will severely impact your ability to attract interest. Pay particular attention to the main profile picture that will be used for your listing as this will be the key thing that attracts women to your profile.

• 3. Focus on your strengths. Do not pour out all of your deep dark secrets in your profile. If you are divorced and have kids... that's ok, it's not a deep dark secret, so don't hide it. Otherwise, focus on your strengths... Maybe you're very successful in your career. Perhaps you've got some really interesting hobbies like travel to exotic places, or you are highly skilled in a particular sport or activity. Mention it. Don't boast wildly or you may scare some women away. Just be honest and not afraid to mention what you're good at.

• 4. Be clear and concise. In a clear and concise manner, describe the qualities you are looking for in a partner, and the attributes that the profile asks about you.

• 5. Be confident. Be happy about who you are, and confident in your ability to make women happy. You don't have to please every woman, just the type of woman that you're interested in. So, be comfortable about who you are, and clear about who you're looking for.
